"10 - fish face with yellow background"
"I love this fish! Some people don’t see a fish face in it, but when I look at it, I see a black circle about halfway up, which I imagine as the eye—it’s on the right if you’re viewing it on the website. Directly across from it, there’s another shape that looks like an eye, which helps to center the face. It’s meant to be one of those fish with a big face, and I guess he has some friends in the little bubbles on the side.
"I must have been in a meditative place when I made this. It’s definitely a favorite of mine—it feels heavy and has a lot of texture. All those little textures you see, you can actually feel if you have the original. Of course, prints of this piece are gorgeous too."
